After installing the interface will be like this. As I said before it will ask when you will get up . Then you select. At How much time you get up? After selecting click on Next. Then it asks some options to select it's up to you what ever you want you can select from given options. Interface will be 

Then click on next.  Then they will give some habits to select if you like then you select If you won't like you can enter your own  habit. As given below

After selecting click on next option. Then you need to select time. How you want to do? After that it generate timetable. After completing your timetable . Then you can generate your new habitats. In downwards their will be se options like

Journey: 

Their will be some journeys like walking everyday for health, meditation for peace of mind etc.. And maximum in this journey you will see about workouts and fitness etc.. 

History
