so, yoga is an interesting and flexible and mental exercise which helps us to  keeps our body good and health. what does the word yoga mean. The word yoga mean together or unity. In india all the people  respect this day. On This day some groups and associatons will make rally by giving the message of great of yoga. by prime minister Narendra Modi at general assembly on September 27,2014. He said that yoga is an invaluable gift of Indian ancient tradition. And this International yoga day is celebrated at Rishikesh. The first guru of yoga is Adiguru. The main theme of international yoga day says that Yoga is universal. Yoga Helps us to come out from stress and anxiety free. On this yoga day their will be one class in school and college to make awerness international yoga day.

Northern Hemisphere side.  This yoga is for for ever person in india. Anyone can do for their good health. Yoga is magic exercise which give strength to our mind. And make our mind peaceful. Yoga helped us more during corona pandemic time. Yoga saved so many lives from that dangerous corona. Yoga helps us to reduce harmful thoughts from our mind. Some people they yoga international certificates that certificate an be given if they are perfect in yoga.  Benefits by yoga certificate is that they can teach or train in over all world  wherever they want. Yoga can improve if you done it with daily. Yoga helps us to increase thinking strength of mind, Yoga helps us to make help control. After,  awareness they may give speech on awerness of international yoga day. This day will enjoy overall world including Prime Minister. From Indian government the programme is conducted for doing Yoga.

Some Important Asanas Which Makes You. Fit and Peace.


Paschimottanasana
This paschimottanasana is also known as seated forward bend asana. In this we have to stretches the lower back and we have to massage the abdominal and we have massage pelvic organs. 

Yogic Sleep

This  Yogic sleep asana is also known as Yoga Nidra. In this You have end the routilne with yoga nidra. Then it prepares the nervous system to absorb yoga postures. 


Deep Meditation Asana

This Deep meditation is more important in our lives. To do this we have to keep our spinal straight two hands forward.  Then close your eyes slowly. keep your mind control and stable  slowly breath in and breath out.  This asana makes you fresh. 

So,  these are asanas make you feel better and make fit to your mind. All you guys start habituation of doing Yoga in Early morning for your sake. once if you started  habituating  doing Yoga their will no health problems with you. 
Do at least 10 asana for Body.  And 5 asanas for mind.  This yoga may change thinking process that thinking process may change your life.
